If you are dissatisfied with the Site or other goods and/or services, your sole and exclusive remedy is to stop using the Site or goods and/or services, except for the limited warranties that may apply to Samvardhan Lifecare’s product or as otherwise expressly stated in Clause Five of this Agreement (Samvardhan Lifecare Guarantee).

No waiver of any of the provisions of this Agreement shall constitute a waiver of any other provisions hereof (whether or not similar), nor shall any such waiver constitute a continuing waiver unless otherwise expressly provided.

Samvardhan Lifecare products and services are sold through direct selling channel of sales and distribution i.e. to/through Samvardhan Lifecare’s Independent Associates. To purchase Samvardhan Lifecare goods or services, you do not have to become an Independent Associate. If, however, you are interested in starting your own business as an Independent Samvardhan Lifecare Associates, please call see our Associate Services Department.
Samvardhan Lifecare ensures through its manufacturers and/or exporters the guarantee of its products as stipulated under the applicable respective statutes. We are confident that our customers will find our products satisfactory. However, if for any reason, a customer is not satisfied with any Samvardhan Lifecare products, Samvardhan Lifecare shall ensure exchange or refund through its Associates. Simply request a refund within thirty (10) days from your receipt of the product by contacting an Samvardhan Lifecare admin dept. or Associate through whom product is received by you. This guarantee is limited only by the terms of certain specific warranties attached to or packaged with certain products and does not apply to any product intentionally damaged or misused.
If you provide information to the Site, you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information about you where requested and you agree to maintain and update such information as appropriate. We may add, change, discontinue, remove or suspend any of the Material at any time, without notice and without liability. Samvardhan Lifecare - our logo, and the name of the products produced, marketed, sold or distributed by the Samvardhan Lifecare, are trademarks and/or service marks of Samvardhan Lifecare Private limited. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid by any court having competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of this Agreement, which will remain in full force and effect. The section titles in this Agreement are for your convenience only and do not have any legal or contractual effect.
We operate this Site in India. You affirm that you are 18 years of age or older and are fully able and competent to enter into the terms, conditions, obligations, affirmations, representations, and warranties set forth in this Agreement, and to abide by and comply with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
The term of the agreement will be annual, automically renewable from year to year thereafter, subject to requirement which Samvardhan Lifecare may determine from time to time. I may cancel or terminate my Associateship by notifying Samvardhan Lifecare in writing that I wish to do so. Samvardhan Lifecare may cancel or terminate associateship by giving one month notice of the same or forthwith if it determines that person participating in Associateship have violated the Agreement.
Satisfaction guarantee: if I am not completely satisfied with Samvardhan Lifecare’s product purchased at any time for my own consumption (whether directly from Samvardhan or indirectly from Samvardhan Lifecare’s associate) I may return it to company within 10 days of purchase in exchange for other products.
My Associateship or any interest in my associateship may only be assigned or transferred as provided in Rules and only with written consent of Samvardhan Lifecare, given or withheld by Samvardhan Lifecare its sole and absolute discretion. Samvardhan Lifecare may assign this agreement without my consent.
Associate is eligible for certain incentives like discounts, bonuses, Rewards or any other income as detailed in the business plan of the Company. There is no any kind of fixed income. Commission, Bonuses, Rewards, and Incentives Etc. all are based on the sale volume generated by the Distributor himself/herself as well by his/her team and are calculated as per pay plan of the Company. Company reserves the right to change Business Value (BV), other components of pay plan and Method of Pay Plan at any point of time without prior notice Company shall no way be responsible for any past, present or future liability incurred by the Associate while conducting business with the Company. Associate can purchase products at Distributor price and shall sale to customers at MRP (Maximum Retail Price) printed on the product pack label. Company reserve the right to change, modify and alter the business plan, rules, regulations, prices, terms, conditions and code of ethics without any prior notice or Intimation to the Associate
All taxes, duties, government levies applicable to sales made by the Distributor shall be payable by the Distributor as per the procedure and law of the land. Goods and Services Tax (GST) on the income of the Distributor (if applicable) will be duly paid by the Distributor to the Government on due basic as per applicable norms. TDS will be deducted as per the prevailing rules and regulations formulated by the Government.
